"I had the cabin with no attached bathroom and honestly? It was perfectly fine. I’m a female solo traveler and I didn’t feel unsafe at all. The area was always brightly lit and the bathrooms were clean and maintained. It was so lovely to wake up in a cutesy lil cabin! Immaculate vibes tbh. Also great location in relation to Mt. Rainier NP!"

"No AC available!! Something we should have known ahead of time!! Tried to ask the staff about it that night via text to two separate numbers around 9pm letting them know our AC was not working. Both numbers were given to us, as texting numbers if we needed anything. Neither one responded that night even though one of them said they would be there till 10:30pm!! We received a reply at 9 AM the next morning saying "Hi there, unfortunately there is not A/C.""

"Amazing property that's even better than the pictures. It was a great base for us before summiting Mt. Rainier. There was plenty of room to lay everything out to pack our bags for the summit push. There was even enough room to practice some rope skills in the yard. The hot tub was an added bonus. Quiet and relaxing. We'll stay here again if in the area."

"Tom's place was basically perfect. It is obvious that Tom is detail oriented because all the little things were present from the decor to the activities available to the communications. We spent 2 nights. We wanted to use it as a launch point into the Sunrise area for one of our days but unfortunately it was closed due the wildfires. Tom communicated throughout the time leading up to our stay to make sure we were informed and comfortable with the situation. So, while we were disappointed that we had do rearrange our hiking plans, we couldn't be more pleased with where we stayed. We especially enjoyed the large windows to view wildlife and the use of the hot tub after hiking at the end of the day. I also want to plug the friendly folks in Greenwater especially the owners of the general store who we met on a trail and in their store. All were extremely friendly. If we come back to the area again, I know where we will be staying."
