"We really enjoyed our stay and although there were a few issues that staff needed to improve on, once we drew reception's attention to these they were remedied. The hotel is pretty well maintained and very clean and is in a great sea front location with fabulous sea views. Breakfast was good."

"Clean room on daily basis ; Staff were all friendly and helpful; Breakfast offers complete variety of an English breakfast; Bar is always open and have some entertainment (live bands and karaoke night) every weekend on summer time. The location itself is close to Jubilee pool, beach, penzance harbour, high street, park and walk to Newlyn (neighbouring town) along the promenade. You can leave your luggage before checking in and after checking out."

"Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Terrasse konnten wir aufgrund des guten Wetters jeden Tag genießen. Die Kommunikation mit Neil war hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und entsprach voll der Beschreibung. Mousehole ist ein netter kleiner Ort perfekt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!"

"The most incredible stay. We hardly wanted to leave the place due to such a wonderful location. The view is stunning and we found it difficult to peal ourselves away. My local contacts were very helpful and there was a lovely treat waiting for us when we arrived. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you!"

"Lovely cottage within walking distance of beautiful Mousehole. The cottage is very well equipped and situated within the village of Paul with a great little pub on the doorstep. Handy parking next door in the village hall. Great walks nearby."

"The Haybarn is an attractive property well situated. Beds are comfortable, hot tub was fabulous and the property is well equipped. There were however two issues which need addressing. The shower in the main bathroom requires a major plumbing refit as during our stay water came through the ceiling below and after that everyone in our party of seven people all had to use the shower in the en suite bathroom. The second issue was the inability to lock both the main bathroom door and the door of the toilet downstairs. This caused a degree of unease and potential embarrassment. The property was lovely BUT these issues marred our stay. I would not reccommned staying there until these issues are fixed."

"The property is lovely, and very convenient as it's close to the harbour and has a parking space. But we had several mix ups over the booking, as the owner and Vrbo seem to have different rules about availability (the owner claims to do only Saturday to Saturday), and we had to change our original booking. The garden that appears in the photos does not seem to be accessible (wooden door with a combination). And we were offered bread, eggs, and butter which we accepted but did not get. (We did get milk and a Prosecco!) Shower gel would have been helpful as we had to go to buy some."
