"While the room was not spotless, it was quiet and comfortable for one night. The staff was very kind and the price was very reasonable. The AC was cold and so was the mini fridge. We did not go to the pool but it looked as though guests were enjoying it. The only thing that was really scary for me as a mom of young children, which I didn’t notice until the morning was that the window fullly opened and there was not even a screen in it. We were on the fourth floor and it was so easy to open my 4 year old could’ve done it so that was a little worrying. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Had a room with King and 2 x bunkbeds with balcony. Comes with mini fridge only (no microwave). Had a minor musty like smell. Cleanliness of room was okay. Noticed ants and a few cobwebs. Overall stay was pretty good. Kids enjoyed water slides."

"I recommend this place; I felt right at home. It has a pleasant scent, and the two pool areas are relaxing. Having breakfast with a view of the river is incredibly peaceful. I would undoubtedly stay here again."

"The cleanest and well maintained property I have stayed at in Pigeon Forge. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was good just a busy place in a small space . It does allow pets which is hard for people who are allergic to fur like I am. All things considered it was a great experience."
