The breakfast was exceptional in both quality and variety, making each morning a pleasure. The hotel’s amenities are equally impressive. The outdoor pool, complete with a waterfall and charming bridges, is beautiful, while the indoor pool is perfectly heated and comfortable. The presence of Santa Claus is a particularly delightful touch for families traveling with children, adding even more magic to the experience. Every detail contributes to an unforgettable stay. "I am very nit picky when it comes to the property. This hotel was very well taken care of. There was someone going around touching up paint before we checked in. It was very clean, smelled clean, and nothing was out of place in the common areas. The pools were well maintained, parking was easy and free, and beds were comfortable. The only thing I would have wanted better was the curtains didn’t do much to keep the bright “island” lights out of the room. But other than that, it was fantastic. The breakfast was better than most free breakfasts I have had and had a big variety."

"We choose to stay at the Ramada in Pigeon Forge because of the easy access to and from the Hotel and surrounding attractions, but mostly because of the Staff and I mean everyone that works there. They are friendly and kind and so willing to make sure your stay there will be a wonderful memory. The hotel is clean, the rooms are well kept up, the breakfast area is always clean and fresh coffee all day. The Breakfast is good and always hot, the food area is kept clean. Thank you to all the staff for making our time there a good memory. See ya in 2 years."

I cannot say enough about the kind staff at this hotel or the comfortable rooms or the perfect location. Only draw back was the lean in the lobby (which honestly didn’t bother me) and the breakfast was a little basic (I was the only person who ate it since they didn’t offer anything my family liked). But I’m not letting those things deter me from staying again."
