"Staff could not be more helpful, we had to wait to check in and had our parking covered due to the wait, as well as a gift voucher issued. We then had to move rooms due to a noise which was extremely irritating - we were waived of our bill around $80 and tourist taxes. It’s really nice that they offered so much to make up for things! The hotel and view from our room was stunning with direct access to lots of shops and restaurants. "

"The beds in the room were a little bit small and had a weird layout where the bathroom had a sliding closet door but other than that, the condition of the property was great. The pool was nice. "

"I booked this hotel for the slides at the pool and they have been out if service for the past 2 weeks and this the slides twas the deal breaker. I’m very disappointed and will never stay here again"
