"There is nothing that can be done now, but having check in front desk, so far separate from the elevators and now guests have to drag their luggage through the casino floor was poor planning. Security at the elevators was only there one time. Room was good."

"We stayed in an Executive 2-Bedroom Suite and loved it. The suite was incredibly spacious and so comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The cleaning staff was genuinely kind and friendly every time we saw them, and the team member who checked us in was very helpful and made arrival smooth and easy. Would happily stay again!"

"Harrah’s is still a nice hotel. A little dated but definitely worth going. My bathroom wasn’t very clean and my fridge was leaking but the staff came right up and got it cleaned and the fridge replaced. Over all it was a great stay. Loved the suite and the huge tub."
