BELLEVUE is located in a quiet no through road in the heritage listed suburb of Mt Victoria. At this altitude snow is very common mid-winter. Breath in the fresh air at this beautifully renovated home that is 1KM, (walking distance), from Mt Victoria station. The property is over an acre (4,500 sqm) with private manicured gardens and a gorgeous fountain in the west garden. The large bird bath in the northern garden attracts rainbow lorikeets and crimson rosellas the rear boundary is the Blue Mountains World Heritage park.
BELLEVUE is 35 minutes from the World-renowned Jenolan Caves, 15 minutes from the historic steam Zig Zag railway and 25 minutes from the Blue Mountains Botanic Gardens, 5 minutes from Blackheath, 7 minutes from The Hydro Majestic and half-way between Katoomba and Lithgow. This home provides a unique base from which to relax and also enjoy everything the Blue Mountains has to offer. The whole Mt Victoria village is under a heritage act with some of the best and oldest history of the region; two examples being the train museum at Mt Victoria station and the Imperial Hotel. Both have a Royal history and are recommended viewing.

BELLEVUE sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms (3 KING beds and 3 QUEEN beds) with luxury white linen in the following configuration:
MASTER BEDROOM = luxury pillow top KING bed, gorgeous mountain views, under-floor heating, built in robes and ensuite with heated floor, professional hair care products and a bath tub.
2ND BEDROOM = luxury latex KING bed, under floor heating and gorgeous mountain views.

All beds have luxury pillow-top mattresses, quality linen, multi-zone electric blankets, luxury pillows of various firmness, donnas, donna covers, mattress and pillow protectors and large soft bath towels. All our linen at BELLEVUE is washed using Hypo-allergenic laundry detergent that is suitable for people with sensitive skin. Weather permitting, all our linen is line dried to improve freshness and deliver better quality and sanitation for our guests.
Our King and Queen mattresses are superior quality and cannot be split into two discrete beds. All bedrooms have block-out blinds so you can sleep in.
The new kitchen has gorgeous mountain views, Caesarstone benchtops, under bench LED lighting and Miele appliances: gas cooktop, rangehood, electric oven and dishwasher. A fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee capsule machine, milk frothier, rice-cooker and toaster are also provided. The microwave is a large top of the line and is also a convection oven and grill, thus there are two ovens both with grills. The kitchen is fully appointed including; two cast iron French ovens, fry pans, saucepans, all crockery and utensils. The pantry is stocked with some key staples; e.g. a Twinings Tea chest, a starter pack of coffee capsules for the K-Tee coffee machine, salt, pepper, spices. Strick NSW hospitality laws prevent us providing anything but the basics. All bookings receive a complimentary bottle of wine.
All our bathrooms are stocked with all ablutions, including PROFESSIOINAL hair-care products - not cheap supermarket brands.
The adjoining open plan dining room has stunning views and very comfortable seating for 12 guests at a dining table built for 14 people - there is plenty of elbow room.
The home is beautifully appointed with high quality furniture including a very large loungeroom with large, soft, comfortable lounges.
The loungeroom has the best views of the home and also includes an ENORMOUS 75" HD SMART TV mounted on the wall, free to air digital TV and UNLIMITED FAST internet (NBN 50) so you can access your Netflix, STAN and YouTube! A stereo with CD & radio are also provided as is a small CD library. For the kids there is a separate 42" TV with DVD player downstairs (in the kid's rumpus room) with a good library of DVD’s provided. Free-to-air channels are also available.
The temperature in the whole home is managed by a state-of-the-art, 8 zone, ducted air-conditioning system. There is also a large slow combustion fireplace with a three-speed fan. Sometimes our gardener leaves firewood on the lower lawn however it is quickly consumed by guests. Firewood can be purchased from any petrol station in the Blue Mountains or from any of the hardware stores in Katoomba and Blackheath. The Mt Victoria petrol station is open 24 hours, 365 days/year.
The main bathroom is renovated with a large free-standing bathtub set in a gorgeous bay window, a large separate 'rain' shower, two heated towel rails and a heated LED mirror, (i.e. anti-fog) with built in Bluetooth speakers to play music from your phone or mobile devise while you relax in the bath. You can stream music from our free high speed NBN network through your phone and into the mirror. There is a separate toilet with luxury toilet paper provided. Note the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom also has a bathtub - there are two bathtubs at BELLEVUE stocked with PROFESSIONAL hair care products - not cheap supermarket brands.
The large mud room includes two front loader washing machines (Miele) and two auto sensor dryers. An iron & ironing board are located in the wardrobe of the 3rd bedroom.
State of the art security systems include keyless entry, (note the entry code will be sent via an SMS text on the day of your check-in), monitored surveillance (external only), automatic night lighting, security sensor lighting, window locks and hard-wired smoke detectors, (not batteries). The external security cameras are automatically turned OFF during the day while guests are staying at BELLEVUE.
All internal lighting is dimmable LED's throughout the entire home.
Outside there is an enormous sunny deck with an outdoor dining setting for ten people and a five burner BBQ that is plumbed into natural gas - you never have to change gas bottles!
There is plenty of room for the kids to explore, play games and the north garden includes a large oval SPRINGFREE trampoline and swing set. The western terrace has an outdoor brazier to share good times whilst overlooking the gorgeous views. There are multiple gardens, each with their own tranquillity. They are maintained by a professional horticulturalist who was previously the Head Horticulturalist for Federal Parliament in Canberra. In late winter/early spring, literally thousands of daffodils and snow bells appear.
There is ample parking in the white pebble circular driveway which has automatic lighting.
Kangaroos, king parrots, rainbow lorikeets, crimson rosellas, whip birds, bell birds, lyre birds and eagles are just some of the wildlife that frequent the garden which has thousands of flowers in spring.
Smoking, pets and parties are NOT PERMTTED under any circumstances and breaches of these rules will impact your security deposit.
BELLEVUE is a short drive to Ice-skating in Leura, the three sisters, the scenic railway, horse riding near Blackheath and don't forget the stunning Zig Zag railway in Clarence! There are gorgeous lookouts and bushwalking tracks only a short walk from the front door. Woolworths and Coles deliver directly to BELLEVUE - please order via their websites.
