"Nice, relatively affordable location for a weekend trip. I brought my own pan for cooking, but there was a large pot provided, along with utensils , cups, and plates. Small coffee maker. Bathroom was clean, and shower had soap and shampoo provided, but bring your own conditioner and hairdryer as there is none provided. Only two "issues". The toilet paper holder was broken on the wall, so rolls of TP were left on the back and the Cable did go out one night (internet still was fine so I just used my phone). Overall, this is a great place to stay as it's near many locations without causing you to be stuck in the north conway traffic. Easy drive to Crawford and Pinkham Notch and other areas. Will look to stay again."

"We live the Grand Summit! From the gorgeous building to the playground to the pool it is as beautiful as it is family friendly. Short ride to Storyland. We love roasting s'mores by the outdoor fire pits. Just lovely!"
