"Great stay - super easy with the shuttle to the mountain. Only comment is that my sister and I were a bit allergic to one of the couches not sure if it was dust or an animal that had been there. Everything else was great!!"

"Nice lobby with cozy fireplace, books, games, and coffee station. Breakfast was decent, though we didn't experience what others had raved about. They had a group of school kids staying, so I guess they ran out of better breakfast options. Would be nice to have some more fruit options and not just a sugary type of yogurt. It was also very noisy in room with others walking by in the morning; you could hear everything in the hallway. That said, comfortable bed and the amenities at the athletic club were nice to have access to after skiing. We would stay here again. "

"Clean room, friendly staff, I didn’t go to breakfast as I am gluten free and bring all my own food on trips, my family said it was fine, they were able to find something to eat. "

"Gym equipments were very old and stinky and receptionist was very rude and after 7:pm no one was available for you. even if you are stuck in any emergency or if you need any thing so keep in mind no one would be able for your help even after 7 reception or hotel lobby will be close"

"142 Black Mountain Rd was an ideal house for our visit in Lincoln , NH . Plenty of space for my very large family to spread out or cluster to share this special time together . My daughter (the bride) had a beautiful large room with gorgeous views and natural light to get ready . Plenty of bathrooms and accessories at our disposal . The house was immaculate . We were so happy to be here - thank you for making it so comfortable and convenient . Close to town and the mountain for everything we needed . A ski mountain top wedding ! Highly recommend for a multi ages family and or friends . "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is super responsive. Unlike many of the other condos we have stayed in at Loon, this condo was very well stocked - lots of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, soap in all the bathrooms and laundry detergent. This place is nicely decorated, updated and comfy. We enjoyed the pac-man game also! This was not an issue for us but as a note there are lots of stairs - it is four levels. Overall a great stay and a great host!"

"Another wonderful stay!This was our 2nd year at this amazing house with great space. There was plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out, as well as gather as a group. The house was very clean and well cared for. The location offered great proximity to Loon for skiing or for swimming at the Health Club. Dave was very responsive to questions and was easy to work with before and during our stay. We highly recommend this house and hope to return next year!!"
