"I liked that it was close to the hospital where my mother was getting surgery. I liked that the hotel had an eating option. The price to eat and drink was rather high but I liked that it was on site. The room was okay but definitely not as clean as I'd like it. Some updating is needed. But i needed it for sleep so it was okay."

"Due to the delay of an AA flight, we did not connect to the flight from CLT. To JAN. Had to find a hotel for one night at the last minutes. Sheraton airport hotel seems to be the right choice. However the pool was closed in the morning. Although the bed is comfortable but the room is dark, furniture’s are outdated. Overall needs renovations."

"I booked this room for my son and paid up front so all he had to do was check in, show ID and credit card and enjoy a nice nice’s rest after working 10+ hours in the sun. Upon arrival, he was refused entry to the room , even though he had all of the proper identification (valid DL, passport and credit card - not atm card w Visa logo). He was still denied entry to the room and told to go home and was not given a refund for the inconvenience in which we did nothing wrong. If there was an issue with him having the room, that should have been disclosed prior to taking my money, giving me a confirmation number and telling him he would be able to go right to sleep as soon as he was done with his work day. Needless to say, I will NEVER use your company or any of its subsidiaries in the future. You have more than let me down in whatever scam you are pulling. I am more than upset in how this worked out and am sick to my stomach over how you would choose to treat a paying customer."
