"The manager was awesome!! My fiancé thought the pillow was super comfortable so I went to the front desk and tried to buy one. They said they couldn’t sell them individually so I asked how much I would get charged if I took it home when we left lol. The manager said he appreciated my honesty and gave it to me for free! Other than the amazing customer service our room was spotless and very comfortable. We took advantage of the shuttle for the theme parks which the driver was very nice as well. All in all our stay was perfect and we will be giving them our business again next time we come to Orlando!"

"Love this property! Room was clean with very comfy beds. Was able to keep it cool in 95 degree weather. Easily accessible to all parks so no need in driving. Beautiful place "

"Room was available earlier than expected. Check in was easy. On-site restaurant (Jake’s) was tasty. Convenient to parks and water taxi was great. My daughter actually left her stuffed animal in the room after check out and didn’t realize until we arrived home (in another state) and they had it in lost and found and shipped it to us with no fees."

"This Rosen is on the low end of the Orlando Rosen franchise, but it’s a decent stay at a decent price. Rooms were clean. One smelled nice and fresh, the other was musty. Beds are doubles so not much space for sleeping, but they are nice quality and comfortable. Roll away beds are available, it’s basically a mat on a metal spring, but a kid can get by with it. Refrigerators were extremely disappointing as there was no temp control. They seemed like just drink chillers so I kept my food in the cooler and kept refilling the ice, which was not the plan I had in mind for a room that came with fridge. We got ground level rooms and there was a nice little fountain courtyard, however people did walk by at all hours of the night and could be heard from outside. We didn’t hear between our two rooms, but we could hear from outside. I appreciated the review that noted the vacation sales team. They tell you it’s a “welcome package” with “discounts to local restaurants” and other specials. I told them the truth, we were only in town for a sports meet and had no time for vacation extras. They didn’t bother us and we got the kids to bed without waiting for a sales pitch. All in all not my favorite Rosen location. But got the job done for what we needed, which was sleep and a decent price. "
