Every thing was amazing

The Venetian is an iconic property and we’re glad to have stayed there, but it’s easily one of the most crowded spots on the Strip — and the constant cloud of cigarette smoke doesn’t help. Overall, it felt good, not great, compared to some of the other hotels.

Treasure Island still feels like one of the best values on the Strip based on location and room prices alone.

Overall it had a stylish and comfortable experience, but a couple of things missed the mark. First, I found hair in the shower that clearly wasn’t mine, which was disappointing for a property of this caliber. Then, on my very first morning, maintenance had to enter my room to remove the headboard and repair the bedside outlets that weren’t working. The staff was polite and resolved the issue quickly, but it wasn’t the smooth start I expected. Aside from those hiccups, the property itself is beautiful and with a bit more attention to detail customer service-wise, it can really live up to its luxury reputation.
