I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. "I loved our stay here! The staff are very helpful and there’s a big supermarket at the back of the property, a park, hot springs and skate park with restaurants."

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."
