"The location was ok. The entrance was on a small back street. It's rather difficult to find. There's an underground walk way entrance right by the hotel that connected all tge way to Osaka station, which is great in hot summer days. We stayed at a corner room on a lower floor with 3 beds. The room was larger than similar hotels. Modern, clean, functional. Each floor has a locked door by the elevator to access the floor with card key. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The dining room was large, clean. The staff were friendly. We loved the public bath. It's not onsen, spring water, but it was clean and modern. You check in with a staff with your room key to use the bath. The only negative point was it was too noisy outside as we stayed on a lower floor. Overall, excellent."

"We love the place. The area is so near to many places to eat and many shopping areas. The rooms are so comfortable and the huge supermarket next to the hotel is amazing. We love the hot bath and it’s such a comfortable stay with nice hot onsen bath. Will definitely come back to stay again."

"This hotel was within walking distance of universal studios and universal city walk. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only complaint is that there should be a change machine for the laundry room since the washers and dryers only accept 100 jpy coins."

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent views and great amenities. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everything felt well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka, especially if you’re planning to spend time at Universal Studios. Thank you for a fantastic experience!"
