"We booked, she confirmed, and when we are already down the road for check in, canceled our booking at the last 1 minute, this is the most horrible things happened to us in our life, the host medsaged me that the “ Hi there, im so very sorry but someone had put something down the toilet and when i flushed it it overflowed excrement through bathroom and onto the carpet of 2 bedrooms and its a discusting disaster. Please cancel with vrbo. I ha e not been paid. They can contact me to verify. Sorry...
