"We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies."

"The room was good . But water pressure was very terrible. Sink was very low water pressure"

"Check-in was easy and the staff was great. The room was not very clean and we had bugs in the bathroom when we woke up."

"Breakfast has good hot and cold choices. The facility is attractive and well--maintained. Our bed and room were comfortable. Not a wide variety of television choices, no streaming. The hotel is close to dining and shopping choices. A convenient location for interstate highway access. "

"Clean room"

"Check in was quick and smooth, however, when we arrived in our room, it was late and we wanted to go to bed. When we turned down the bed, the bed spread and sheets were visibly dirty and there was someone's body hair in the bed. It looked like it had been slept in and the linens not changed. Looking around the room, there were large stains on the chair and sofa and the bathroom wasn't very clean either. We requested a different room from the front desk, which they quickly provided. The replacement room looked clean but didn't smell very good but by that time we just wanted to sleep. Checked out early the next morning, likely wouldn't stay here again."

"Rooms are new and upgraded. Staff was wonderufl, Pool was clean. Only downside is no elevator to the second floor. "
