"We stayed in the penthouse. The bath was glorious. I can't fit a tub like that in my home so this was a real treat. The restaurant recommendations from the from desk were spot on. The wifi in the (top floor) room was weak and the fireplace didn't work. Neither item were of too much importance at the time so I didn't mention them until checkout, I was told that both were easy fixes; the wifi repeater needed to be reset and the pilot light needed to be lit. The buffet breakfast was weak. That is to say minimal but since we were only staying two nights, it was bearable. There are many motels closer to the Marro Bay attractions but none (that I am aware of) offer the Masterpiece penthouse. If you're able and willing to climb two flights of stairs, it's worth it. I would recommend this motel based on the room. All things considered, it think it would choose this room again."
