LIVING ROOM: Large living room that spills into dining room and kitchen. Terrazzo built in bench with planter, vintage 1970s fireplace, custom boulder coffee table.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM: GE Monogram's chef's kitchen. Oaxacan inspired Finca-style kitchen with concrete countertops. Exposed beams and custom woodwork. Bar detail using reclaimed wood.

GAME ROOM: Projection system with streaming TV. Poker table and games on site.

CONSERVATORY: Two large lounge chairs surrounded by a jungle of indoor plants, books, and records. Perfect for a moment of rest with a cup of tea!

MAIN BEDROOM: Circular reading nook and custom built in shelves featuring Oaxacan and antique clay pieces. King Bed, Coyuchi organic bedding and Avocado mattress.

MAIN BATH: The main bath spills out into it's own private patio with outdoor copper tub. Signature hardware fixtures, Coyuchi towels and large spa shower.

PINK BEDROOM: Luis Barragan inspired pink with St. Frank ceiling wallpaper. Guatemalan drapes and blankets. Queen bed, Coyuchi organic bedding and Avocado mattress.

AGAVE BEDROOM: Custom mural inspired by the myth of mezcal, small agave garden outside the window. Queen bed, Coyuchi organic bedding and Avocado mattress.

GUEST BATHROOM: Gold Signature Hardware Tub with Moroccan inspired concrete tile.

LOWER PATIO: Marrakesh inspired outdoor dining area under a saguaro pergola. Rock fountain attracts rabbits and quail in the morning and evening.

UPPER PATIO: Bocce court, seating area, and stock tank pool lead up to a meditation labyrinth. Nestled amongst the boulders and wildflowers.

THE LAND: 5 acres of pristine land butting up against a nature preserve. Coyotes, bobcats, rabbits, quail, road runners, and lizards abound. Springtime bloom season welcomes an ocean of yellow and purple flowers on the hills.
