"The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. The pool, while I understand we are in the desert and exposed, seemed dirtier than we would...

"We booked a king room by the pool. Location was great, but the room is totally dated. Wallpaper in the bathroom is coming off. There are NO ROBES which the website states there are "robes" in every room. I was there a year ago, and there were no robes in the rooms. Bed was comfortable, bath amenities were okay. Best thing besides the pool bar staff was the hotel shuttle. They were not too busy, so they took us and picked us up around Palm Springs area. Great not having to deal with Uber or Lyft and tipping them was easy since we didn't have to pay for transportation costs. Yes, the hotel is dated, but location is perfect, staff is great."
