"Helaas veel stress. Veel tekorten. Lakens werden niet automatisch ververst. We moesten achter alles vragen. Er waren veel kakkerlakken in het huis en vooral in de slaapkamers en badkamers. Er was een vreselijke blijvende rioolgeur. We hadden een elektriciteitspanne en waterpanne. We konden niet douchen of ontbijt maken.
