"The breakfast was lovely and fresh, the server and staff were so friendly and welcoming. The train station to get to Varenna was so close and easy to use. The view from our room was beyond spectacular and we wish we could have stayed longer."

"From start to finish, our stay at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni was extraordinary. We wanted to splurge on somewhere special, and it was absolutely worth it. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bellagio and steps from the ferry, with spectacular lake views. The concierge team helped us plan weeks before arrival and arranged all our transportation. They knew us by name, asked about our experiences, and made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast in the magnificent grand room was a daily highlight, as were our evening nightcaps in the grand ballroom with live piano music each night. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, La Goletta, and playing tennis on the lovely court. Highly recommend for a special stay in Lake Como. We cannot wait to return!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."

"Very charming and spotless room. The only issue was to be informed the swimming pool was closed. This should be informed during the reservation. In the beginning of the Autumn - 1st October was very hot in Menaggio ( 24oC ). After an argument with the reception they accept for me to use the swimming pool. A lot of rules regarding the restaurant area and guest areas. The approach was quite rude and confuse in my opinion."

"Best getaway in the area. Amazing pools and spa facility. The views are impossible to beat. Amazing renovated rooms with large balconies. The service is impeccable. Entire staff super nice and accommodating. Will definitely be back. Can’t recommend enough."
