Information from owner was easy enough to follow & the key manager provided the details for accessing the key (despite my rusty French!)Advise bringing some Dolce Gusto pods for the coffee machine (although the nearby Spar does stock them, and is the best supermarket in Les Carroz and only 2 mins walk away) Similarly a dishwasher is present, so again bring tablets if you want.Bathroom o.k and enough hot water, as mentioned before upper sleeping area not ideal for very young children or elderly, but suited me and my teenage lads fine. Enough pots, pans etc to cook most meals. All in all to be recommended and would be happy to stay again. "

"The apartment was perfect! Fully equipt with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to stay comfortably, perfect location next to ski lifts and gondola outside the balcony. Hosts very responsive and helpful."
