"Not cleaned an arrival and some amenities were not working. After repeated calls for maintenance repair where calls were not returned our 3 day stay was without some amenities. Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me. "We had a fabulous time with our family at the wonderful home. Everything we needed to prepare meals was present. Coffee brewer AND single cup machines. Hot tub was wonderful. Dinners on the deck. Very comfortables beds. Bathrooms were great. Management company was excellent."

"We booked this property for our wedding. From the time we booked, the owners couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. The lodge was so much more than what i expected, and it was amazing to have so many friends and family able to stay together. We didn't want for anything. The kitchen and bar were more than stocked. Everyone raved about how comfortable their beds were. The towels were fluffy and soft. The new pickleball court was a huge hit and so much fun! We had bonfires every night...

"What a beautiful view and a beautiful home! We visited during the winter months for our annual Girl's retreat with my mom, sisters, and loads of daughters! The home was very well stocked, we cooked every meal. We enjoyed the hot tub, especially while it was snowing outside. Loved being only a short walk to the Mountains to Sea trail. "Perfect for large family gathering with kids. Loved the separate wings - allowed kids to have their space at night, as well as adults. Loved all the amenities - fire pit, hot tub, and creek!"

"Perfect location and views. Great proximity to Beech Mtn. Plenty of space. However, property furnishings were extremely worn and needed to be thrown out. Pillows in tatters, couches and chairs were gross. Coffeemakers were all broken. This property definitely needs a makeover. If that bothers you, you’ll want to stay somewhere else."

"We so enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for families to have their space while still utilizing the comfortable group lounging areas and prepping food to enjoy for a crowd. Ample sleeping areas for multiple families or friend couples. The amenities are top notch - very roomy jacuzzi tub and nicely appointed shower and sauna area. The parking is roomy and well laid out. The mud room is perfect for coming in from a day of skiing to take of boots, snow jackets, and bibs. Plenty of storage...

"Amazing cabin, everything you need!"

"This property is absolutely stunning! We brought the "matures" and one teenager and there was something for everyone. The only caveat was the code to get in didn't work when we arrived. That is always a stressful way to kick off, but the realty company handled within minutes. And we were able to access with a key and a new code. Enjoyed this spacious lodge for a long weekend. We would definitely stay again."

"Our family stayed here for a short trip to the mountains and we were blown away! The house itself is gorgeous and has so many small thoughtful things (heated floors in the master bathroom?! love!) Besides the house, the host was very welcoming and responsive. There was everything we could have thought to need already there! And those mountain views… Wow! Would recommend to anyone to stay."

"Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!"
