"We enjoyed Waters Fall so much! The creek alone was enough to make the stay wonderful, but the owner has put so much thought into the details of this amazing house that we had everything we needed and more. We appreciated all of the games and supplies and provision of outside equipment to have fun listening to and playing in the creek. The owner also was great at communicating with us. You will not be disappointed with this property or owner!"

"We had a great time socializing by the incredible babbling creek. Lots of space and nice property. The only thing is the wood rockers in the gazebo smelled really bad from mold and mildew. We moved them out of the gazebo."

"The home had everything we needed and far more, fully stocked kitchen, hot tub, a game room with a foosball table, pinball machine and a full size arcade game loaded with tons of options, plus a cache of board games. The interior is tall ceilings, a full wall of windows, beautiful pine walls and ceilings, comfortable furniture, large smart TV in each bedroom, living room, and game room. It is very private, has a creek right beside the house. We loved it and hope to return soon"

"The house was absolutely beautiful. Didn’t get to enjoy outdoor area. However the bumper pool took me back to my childhood. The road in was being paved so that was very bumpy. Due to all the rain it was super muddy. Other than this thank you for a clean, safe, worry free place to stay. Would definitely book again."

"I was a little nervous about this one due to some recent negative reviews, but we have stayed all over Boone and it's hard to find a perfect house up there. This one is very comfortable, and they must have worked on cleaning because it was mostly fine. Not perfect, but acceptable. Plenty of towels. Main bed is super comfy and the room is quiet and dark. Upstairs ceiling is low so duck but it's worth the tradeoff of having 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (hard to find in the area). TV works great with...

"My husband I enjoyed our stay in this property. It was convenient to some of the best hiking trails and eateries, yet far enough away from the main highway traffic. The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable and the hosts even provided a cabinet of toiletries to choose from. We will definitely consider a return visit when we are in this area again! "Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!"

"The balcony was closed, and the sofa bed was broken, but the 2 beds were comfy, and the room was clean. There was good water pressure, even being on the top floor on top of a mountain, which was good, and the bathrooms were both clean and in good working order. The gentleman and lady at the front desk were helpful when we checked in with some suggestions on what to do with the kids. "
