"This is a beautiful old property, very well cared for and with a very helpful staff. Excellent restaurant and bar on first floor. A great location to see the amazing architecture of the surrounding area. History abounds. Pleasant night life. Very comfortable large room room. Comy bed. Nicely appointed. Well done! One of nicest places in our many travels."

"This hotel is absolutely stunning, considering it was built in 1610, I was impressed at how great of shape everything was. Our first rooms air conditioner started acting up on our first day, the staff were quick and efficient to provide us with a new room of the same option within the immediate vicinity, making the transition seem less. The bell boy, was remarkable, his welcome did not just assist us with our bags to our room, but provided the roll of a tour guide through the building with so many historical facts about the place. The roof top bar was incredible, great drinks and snacks, great service, and the mariachi band was incredible. The views of the cathedral and the theatre at night should not be missed. Overall, walking distance to all the main Centro attractions, I wouldn’t suggest staying anywhere else. This hotel felt like we had walked back into the history ourselves, which truly added to our time in the city."

"Loved the hotel. The room had a sewer smell coming g from the sink but we just kept the sink plugged or closed. Other than that we were very confortable. Location was also very convenient. We will come back and hopefully they just maintain the sink plumbing clean"
