Modern renovated 3-bedroom home with free onsite parking. Only 20 secs on foot to metro, 10mins to downtown/old port Montreal by metro/car.
Short-term booking accepted only from Jun.10 to Sept. 10th by local law.
Please kindly lower the voice/steps/noise and no washer&dryer use after 11pm. NO PARTY/PET/ SMOKING.
Guest access is allowed from The main entrance.
The back door is emergency exit only. No access to the backyard.
One visual recording doorbell in the main gate. Self-checkin.
