in the semi-basement of a quiet triplex, parking on the street without permit. Near an IGA a 5-minute walk. Park around the corner with Bixi.

L'appartement est situé dans un joli quartier, avec un supermarché à proximité, le parc olympique très vite accessible, une ligne de bus et le métro Viau qui permettent de se déplacer facilement. Il est très propre avec de l'électroménager moderne et complet. Il faut partager la laveuse sécheuse avec les autres appartements et il n'est pas toujours facile d'avoir un créneau.Nous passions la journée hors de l'appartement, en visites et chez nos enfants ce qui nous a permis de ne pas être trop gênés par la situation en sous sol. On a l'impression d'être très enfermés. Tout était parfait au niveau de l'appartement lui même, pour un couple c'est très bien cependant l'ensemble des condos étant loués de façon temporaire, on ne sait pas à l'avance comment se comporteront les locataires du dessus. Pour nous ce fut très pénible d'être réveillés à 4h du matin par des gens qui rentrent peut être de soirée, ou de ne pas pouvoir s'endormir tellement ils faisaient du bruit (galopades dans l'escalier, pas avec chaussures sur le parquet, voix, musique, douches etc....) C'est sans doute un problème d'isolation mais c'est le gros inconvénient de l'appartement en sous sol.
