Girls trip

We enjoyed our stay in Sam’s place. The check-in process was easy and the space was very large and well suited for our group of 7. Sam was very responsive and allowed for a late checkout. The area outside is loud as there’s many restaurants and bars. This wasn’t a problem for us but something to note if you sleep early.

We had a nice stay at this lovely apartment! The space was well decorated, comfortable, and clean, making us feel right at home. The location was excellent—although a little less quiet than expected as you're on a busy street.It is close to everything we needed but parking can be tricky.The host was very attentive. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting the area. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, but cleanliness and comfort issues

We loved the location, super convenient with restaurants, cafes, and Bixi bikes right across the street, making it easy to walk or bike everywhere. The host was very responsive and kind throughout our stay.Unfortunately, the space did not match the price. We arrived to floors that were super sticky, the bathroom had gross stuff on the walls, and the shower curtain was filthy with pink bacteria all over it. The closet mirror in the main area is broken (only visible if you zoom in on the listing photos), which affects the feel of the space. The TV didn’t work during our stay.AC is only in the main living area, so bedrooms get hot unless you use a fan. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, and the ceiling is paper thin, you can hear the neighbours upstairs into the early hours.Overall, we appreciated the host’s kindness and the convenient location, but the cleanliness, comfort, and maintenance issues made it hard to enjoy the space fully.
