"Nous avons passé un bon sejour dans cet appartement. Nous n'étions que 3 donc il était suffisament spacieux pour nous. Les plus : calme, pas trop mal situé dans la station. Mais nous avons noté des points à ameliorer ou qui manquait de precision dans l'annonce. -la cuisine est petite, équipée avec le necessaire de base, mais elle n'est pas très bien agencée, donc elle n'est pas très fonctionelle cuisiner. "Logement très bien situé en plein centre ville avec accès à toutes les commodités. Aix les Bains et ses alentours est vraiment sympa. La ville propose des solutions pour se garer et se déplacer en bus qui sont pratiques. Hôte disponible et réactif. L’intérieur du studio est agréable. Il pourrait être parfait mais quelques désagréments : canapé très inconfortable, volet roulant cassé et pas de rideau à la fenêtre, pommeau de douche du haut cassé. Pas d’accès au local poubelle. Une petite lampe...
