"The hotel’s facilities are outdated, and the elevators are excessively small. We had reserved two rooms, but one of them lacked heating and the toilet was not operational. Despite several complaints, the hotel staff attempted to accommodate my family in a significantly smaller room two days later. The food was exceptional, but unfortunately, the other services did not meet my expectations. "

"The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better. "

"It was a nice stay The photos looked better than when we actually stayed It was pleasant and the breakfast was lovely. I would stay again but it was a good place and not excellent but easy access to Paris on the train. Lots of free parking and overall we were happy"
