"The only complaint that we had was the elevators; during our 4 days stay one of the elevator was out of service completely so everyone stayed on left wing was fighting for lift, it was small and slow (going up/down 30+ floors). We wont stay there again."

"We stayed at the Ki Space hotel for 3 nights during our visit to Disneyland Paris. We had a Junior suite which was perfect for a family of 4. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool area was clean and a nice addition to your stay. We only used the shuttle bus once as found it crowded and also only running every hour made it easily missed and then a long wait so we used Ubers which only cost €11-13 as DLP is only 10-15mins away depending on traffic. The staff were friendly, a little slow at check in but overall helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a huge selection. We would recommend this hotel."

"Stayed 1 night on our way through Paris. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was a little tired but clean and bed was comfy. Fantastic location to walk from or there is the metro right opposite."
