We chose this hotel only because we had an event close by and it seemed like a decent place from pictures posted on Expedia. However, the front staff were unwelcoming, hotel is old, unclean, and smells like dirty old socks every where you walk in the hallways and in rooms. Thankfully it was only one night. Sheets, pillow cases, and curtains look stained and poorly washed (or many times rewashed and haven’t been changed in years). Don’t stay if you can avoid.

Awful front desk welcoming , thecname of the rude receptionists are Magda and Eunice.... very rude and very unkind and threatening the way they spoke to me I would never recommend anyone to stay there, the hotel needs to be remodeled and repaired the elevator buttons from the outside!!!!

Leaky plumbing in most rooms, reported it several times and all you get is apologies never action. Expedia should stop recommending this hotel. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

We have been staying at this hotel since it was Fiesta Inn. And today it’s falling apart , don’t have towels, I bought my own mat tows and hand towels that we needed, the room smell bad, like mold, the towel rack very loose. The show door do not have seal on the bottom, because of that the floor would be wet. Night Stand drawer did not open.

We stayed in this hotel when it was La Quinta Inn and it was nice, now with this new name the room was dirty, the towels had a weird smell, dirty pillows, the ac didn't worked well, the room service took more than an hour to be open... I don't think we will stay again here.

The exiting of parking lot Cain small, the shower door a little bit of problem but other then that everything is so good I recommend add breakfast they have buffet in the morning

I stay on this hotel everytime I visit Monterrey, the only issue is that there is never enough towells or an anti skid mat on the room, or at least the ones I have been.

The lobby looked a little dated but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was renovated and extremely clean. I like that it is pet friendly and there was underground parking. We ordered room service and it was decent

Front desk lady’s seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Lied about getting us a mini fridge and acted like they didn’t want to change our room when we called about the bed being dirty. Thanks to the housekeeper that made sure we got the mini fridge and kept our room clean. Breakfast was not as good as it was.

Overall, good hotel for sleeping only, stayed there for a couple of nights during new year's eve with kids. Some minor details are below: Shower crystal door did not closed properly, meaning that it will make a mess of water outside of shower and putting a towel on the floor, will not cut it, reported this to front desk but nothing was done. Not enough towels in the room for the family members, I asked for more and they were brought in, so that got resolved. Half of the bathroom floor is uneven, and it happened to be on the toilet side, so you could feel it every time you sat on it. Not sure why, but the windows are extremely dirty. On the good side, it is on a relatively centric location, major shopping malls are within a 10-15 minute drive. Beds are actually very comfortable, wife has some sleeping issues and we ended up checking the mattress brand for future reference because we had a good sleep.

Toilet was broken from the flushing button. Shower door was loose, that water would splash outside and make a puddle of water. Water pressure was low. Room did not look like the on from the pictures.

My family and I went for 5 nights, the hotel is ok, but right now they’re remodeling, the pool and gym isn’t available, our room’s window moved all day and made a creepy noise, like the glass was going to break. The breakfast ends at 9.30am (nobody told us). They should close for remodeling for a while, because we couldn’t use any of the amenities

Thank you for your review, and I am really sorry to hear your comments. Our pool is closed due to major renovation at the exterior of our buidling.. Regarding our rooms, we do have our room with two double beds, or a room with a King size bed. We do have wifi throughout of the hotel. We do apologize for the inconveniences, and we will work harder to make them right.
