After booking and paying the full amount for three rooms on Expedia, I was surprised to find an additional hold of $400 per room for incidentals. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was out of service during our stay, and the gym facilities were disappointingly small. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. However, my privacy was compromised as the staff entered my room without permission on three occasions and at unexpected times. This experience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

Excelente hotel amplios cuartos y el servicio excelente también la localidad donde se ubica está muy bonita el desayuno muy completo y la amabilidad de los meseros es de 5 estrellas sobre todo Donaldo que fue muy amable y atento

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. Everything was excellent with the exception that the shower leaked onto the floor so we had to put towels down. We didn't report it to the front desk as we were so busy but I imagine they would have had someone come and look at it if we had told them. Also the breakfast each morning was great! Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is not located next to easily accessible restaurants. You are going to have to walk at least 1.5 miles to the nearest shopping - restaurant area. The breakfast although included, could be much better. Proper chilaquiles are not chips with salsa. That is an absolute insult. Staff was great.

It was a good experience. Clean 99/100... only shower has a bit of black mold at shower... With prices at hotel, I suggest to put attention to those details. (Can be solved with vinegar and bakingsoda) Employees were kind, room and overall hotel was clean. Loved how hotel smells, that diffuser makes a great job!!! For us, great location. Bed was great, I like firm beds...

En general todo el hotel y el servicio esta muy bien. Sería bueno que les dijeran a las housekeepers que NO toquen y NO abran la puerta si pones el tag de no molestar. Es la segunda vez que me quedo y que me hacen lo mismo. Se que es un hotel enfocado a business pero es es justo que no se moleste a quienes quieren dormir un poco mas.
