Es un hotel muy económico, familiar y seguro. Nos tocó un detalle con la cama que habían derramado algo, sin embargo, el personal super atento resolvió de inmediato, Habitación muy sencilla, muy limpio. muy buen aire acondicionado, excelente estacionamiento por si vas a ir de compras al centro.

El lugar está bueno y tiene buena ubicación. El desayuno es sencillo y está bueno. Pero si eres una persona rerte mamona no salgas a qué sales mejor quédate en tu casa que te aguante en tu casa. A qui es un lugar para descansar no para cumplir caprichos. Los empleados muy tranquilos y amables. Buen servicio.

El hotel esta en una zona conveniente si vas al centro pero NO recomendaria que te hospedes aqui si viajas con familia o pareja. *No te dan el control del aire (clima/refrigeracion) ni el control del televisor si no dejas un deposito de $100. Opte por no tomar los controles. *Tampoco tome su desayuno porque no me ha gustado cuando he comido ahi. *Estuve en el 3er piso (cuartos 300's) y creo que son los peores de todo el hotel. *Sabanas y toallas manchadas y rasgadas. *Todavia esta el jabon usado del huesped anterior en la regadera, en la cama habia pelos por todos lados!. Muestra clara que NO LIMPIAN!. *Sospecho que sus reviews de 5 estrellas son falsos para promediar mejor. *El estacionamiento es privado pero limitado solo tienen espacio para 12 autos. Esta es la unica razon por la que me quede aqui, solo iba de paso.

El hotel esta en una zona conveniente si vas al centro. La macroplaza (esta a unos 20 mins caminando), Parque Fundidora (a 1 hora caminando), Mercado Juarez (20 min), etc. Pero es una zona descuidada y maloliente, no recomendaria que te hospedaras aqui si vienes con familia o pareja. -No te dan el control del aire (clima, refrigeracion o como le llames) ni el control del televisor si no dejas un deposito de $100. -En mi caso el televisor nunca prendio, al parecer hay muchos cuartos con ese problema y ellos lo saben pero no hacen nada por arreglarlo. -El control de la refrigeracion solo sirve para prenderla pero no te deja cambiar la temperatura lo tienen fijo. -En muchos hoteles cuando sales muy temprano no hay quien te regrese al deposito por lo que entregue mi control un dia antes de irme y la srita de recepcion no me lo queria aceptar!!. Decia que lo entregara cuando entregara la llave del cuarto a pesar de que NO es mi obligacion esperarme hasta salir para que me devuelva mi deposito por un control que ademas NO me sirvio para NADA!. -El desayuno fueron unas enchilasdas sin sabor que ni termine de comer. -El estacionamiento es privado pero limitado solo tienen espacio para 12 autos, llama y verifica que tengan espacio disponible si vienes en auto porque si no tendras que dejarlo en otro lado. -Internet inestable pero en general funciono. -Las toallas son viejisimas, ya remplacenlas!
