Great customer service, it was my first time there and staff was very nice, you're getting what you're paying so don't expect Marriott rooms, but still the property is pretty good and it's really a good price, definitely will come back sooner than later

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay The staff was absolutely amazing. Yes the rooms are on the small side however, the bed was freaking amazing. AC worked beautifully. There’s a little restaurant when you exit the front doors to the left that has fabulous breakfast food, including pancakes. And right across the street there’s a chicken place that has chicken Asada that is phenomenal to get to Central Monterey. All you need is 15 pesos to ride the bus overall I really enjoyed my experience at this hotel.
