We absolutely loved our stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful! The grounds were impeccably unkept. It was so nice to have a pool as well to enjoy, which was also very clean and beautiful. The check in is a little unclear, but can be found a short walk past the pool and through the pear and olive trees. The owner lived in the next property over. He speaks enough English for check in, and to answer basic questions. We really enjoyed him! Very laid back and pleasant! We highly recommend this accommodation!! Thank you for everything Luca!

Incredible value

A charming farmhouse in nice condition. Very helpful owners once you find them (in a separate building left of the main building). The Hotels.com site says it’s a short walk to town. Sort of. It is not really safe to walk to down as there are no sidewalks or shoulders. Driving is recommended.

Don’t miss this awesome spot

We got here on the first week of July. The weather was fantastic. The place is absolutely great with everything available. We are a family of four we found the place very convenient to see Montepulciano or drive up to other places in Tuscany. Just remember for check in you don’t go to the actual residence buildings. There is no one to check you in. You need to walk down thru the olive/plum garden passed the pull to find the reception building. The reception is actually the entrance family business. Luka will give you some samples and a bottle of wine and check you in but with a limited English. He is very a sweet guy. The property has a gorgeous view with walking distances to a few restaurants. Few minutes if drive takes you to the town to a very nice supermarket almost like Whole Food.

A Fratteria é um chalé numa cidade muito charmoso! Tem uma vista linda e ótima estrutura. Os proprietários são super simpáticos, no entanto, não falavam bem inglês. Esse foi o único ponto de incômodo. Do resto, foi uma agradável experiência!
