The family owners went out of their way to help is get situated and gave us good points of interest to checkout. The food at their restaurant was excellent-duck /trufflr pici. The only negative was a hard mattress

Our experience at Nobile was wonderful!!! Hertz rental car company absolutely dropped the ball on us and made us stranded in Florence. We had to take a last minute train ride to Montepulciano and Andrea was able to send a shuttle at the last minute notice to pick us up at the train station. Andrea was always solution oriented and very pleasant to work with. The food at the restaurant was amazing so we ate dinner there three nights in a row. Overall fantastic experience!

The owner greeted us upon arrival at this charming villa. He showed us around and explained how everything worked. The meals were awesome and the staff were very accommodating. There was a free shuttle service to town an Andrea always had some excellent tips of what to see. We loved our stay 😊😊🍷

Nobile treats all guests like Royalty
If I could rate it higher I would. Great location, charming setting, fabulous restaurant- and then there is Andrea. He is the reception - the concierge - the maître de - and the shuttle driver. Seriously he made everything perfect and was so caring in wanting your stay to be the best. Having a shuttle service into Montepulciano and its proximate area was fantastic for wine tastings and dinner. I repeat though the restaurant there is as good of food as I’ve eaten in 3 weeks in Italy

Agriturismo Nobile was our favorite of accommodations during our 12 days in Florence and Tuscany for the 3 of us traveling companions. It is a working vineyard with the farmhouse and other buildings renovated as a hotel and rental apartments. The property looks out over the vineyards with Montepulciano’s old city on the hill within view. Our 2 bedroom apartment (Il Podere) was delightful and well-kept with a small kitchen, dining table, living room, patio and one bathroom with a shower. The large pool was just steps away beyond a gate. We enjoyed the short walk to the main hotel and restaurant building for daily breakfast buffet (very good) and 2 excellent gourmet dinners during our 3 night stay. We were shuttled by car to and from the old city whenever we wanted to explore the historic sights. We were happy to balance sightseeing with relaxation at Agriturismo Nobile. I would highly recommend it for a holiday. Our only drawback was that we didn’t have a car and getting a taxi from the train station took some effort. Upon departure, the owner helped us by contacting a friend with a taxi who was willing to drive us to our next destination, 1.5 hours away, so we were able to avoid the two train connections plus taxi to our hotel on the other end. There is plenty of free parking at Agriturismo Nobile if you have a car.

Lovely place in a wonderful location
Lovely place in montepulciano, a few apartments close to a pool with wonderful views. Staff were very friendly and helpful . The free shuttle up to the village was fantastic- we used it a lot ! Lots of places to see close by . Great stay .

Wonderful, comfortable place with beautiful Tuscan views. Andrea is a perfect host, providing rides into Montepulciano and helpful local information. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, so convenient. Such a lovely, relaxing vacation there - we hated to leave but will return.

Wonderful stay
The hospitality and service of Andrea and his nephew Stephan was outstanding. All other staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices and dinners in the restaurant were delicious and competitively priced. Beautiful views of Montepeuciano. The property ground is well designed with olive trees and vineyards. We actually saw bunches of grapes on the vines ready for harvesting. Wonderful place to stay, free parking and a shuttle service to Montepulciano. Wished we had more than 4 nights to enjoy our stay.

This was the best experience of our Italy vacation. The views here are phenomenal with vineyards all around. Montipulciano, the local medieval city, is a country walk up the hill or let the staff take you on the quick ride. The region is known for excellent wine and there are lots of wonderful restaurants in the town,although the dinners and breakfasts at the agriturismo are 5 star. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and we ended taking home lots of wine and jams made from their fruit.

Lovely place. You feel like your living in the heart of Tuscany but your a short walk to the old town. They also have a shuttle to take you there and back. Very warm and friendly family. Only complaint. Was this bright green light near the bed. I would spend time there again

When you are in wine tasting region, a free shuttle bus at all hours of the day is a really great addition. Plus great pool, amazing food, comfortable accommodation. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Andrea and Lorenzo were great! We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and they baked us a cake. Andrea was always willing to take us into Montepulciano whenever we needed, and Lorenzo coordinated the best meals at the agriturismo. Seriously the best food we ate of our three week trip was here (the pesto pici is what dreams are made of). Appetizer, primi, secondi and dessert for only €25 per person. The wine list was extremely reasonable and great qualilty. We also purchased some of their olive oil which is delicious. They offer a range of wines,jams, olive oil etc for purchase as well. Andrea recommended some delicious places to eat in town, but we really thought the food at the agriturismo was the best. The property is beautiful - with the vineyards, lemon trees, lime trees, pear trees, olive trees etc. Pool was nice but there were a lot of wasps hiding in the umbrellas. The room was spacious however there was no A/C (we were aware of this during booking). That being said there was no fan anywhere in the apartment and only one window with a screen which unfortunately didn’t stop the mosquitos. They also had issues with WiFi and unfortunately it only worked in our room 2 days of our 5 night stay. No issues with WiFi closer to the restaurant. Overall it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time here. The staff are very kind and we will miss this spot. I think of the room had a fan or more screens it would have been more comfortable.

My husband and I were looking to extend our stay in Tuscany, and opted to book this lovely agroturismo between our San Gimignano and Cortona visits. You know it's been a great stay when you don't want to leave, and we didn't want to leave Agriturismo Nobile. Andrea really was the highlight of our visit, because he graciously offered restaurant and hiking suggestions, mapped out a lovely walking tour of Montepulciano for us, and even helped us plan our departure day in a neighboring hill town, complete with maps. We were more than willing to walk back from town after our evening dinner as it is only 2 or so kilometers, but Andrea said it would be no trouble to shuttle us back from our evening adventure. We had no cell service for texting or calling him when we were ready, so he had even circled restaurants to have call him on our behalf when we were done for the evening. Wi-Fi was okay, a bit hesitant from our room at times, but we had no trouble connecting from the breakfast area. Breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful pool area has a great view of Montepulciano. Looking forward to a return trip!

Family run farm with view of Montepulciano
This farm stay is in absolutely beautiful surroundings. It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and has a view of the walled city of Montepulciano. On site swimming pool/sun loungers and shuttle bus into city. Staff were very helpful, providing tips on where to eat; you can also purchase local produce i.e. meat, cheese, olive oil and wine from the farm.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay. Especially enjoyed walking on the farm and seeing the vine yard, the cherry trees, and hill top town of Montepulciano in the distance. The prix fixe 5 course dinner was delicious, specially the home based apply cake. Also grateful for the lift to and from Montepulciano. The hosts are wonderful people and made us feel very welcomed. Would stay there again if in the area.

Hidden Gem in Tuscan Historical Building
Beautiful Place to stay in Montepulciano. Property is exquisite. Our room was on the small side, but it did not take away from our overall comfort. There are larger rooms available, but the owner did not have any more available the day we stayed. You have expansive views of grape vineyards, olive trees, and numerous other flowering and fruit bearing trees on the property. The owner showed us where we could walk around the neighboring countryside to walk off our lunch. He was extremely friendly and informative of the area. They offer a shuttle into town, just let him know when you want to go. It was a very comfortable stay, wi-fi operated well, breakfast was great and offered lots of choices. This is a 5 star property.

The Best Place to Stay at Montepulcciano!
I arrived to Agriturismo Nobile with my husband Andre my two teenager daughters, we could not have been more delighted with the beauty of the place. From the first second, Michelle and his cousin got we’re wonderful, the house was simply perfect, the view, the space, the details in the rooms, was exactly what we were looking forward. They have a nice swimming pool which works when the spring season is in due to the weather. You can have breakfast and dinner at the Agriturismo, the food is home made and excellent, of course the wine was just amazing! They do have a shuttle that takes you anytime you required to Montepulcciano city, and they pick you up anytime you call them back. It Ian really near, no more tha 3-5 minutes. Don’t miss the church of Saint Biagio, is very beautiful. You can visit a cheese factory and as well several wine producers, the town is magically charming. Thanks to Michele and family for making our stay absolutely perfect.

Best stay of our lives
I cannot recommend this place enough. This place was absolutely PERFECT. We wanted to visit Tuscany but without renting a car. We found Montepulciano to be a great place to stay for few days as they had ok public transportation, it is a historical town, other towns are near by with busand vineyards within close distance (bus/walk). One of the reason booking this place was the free shuttle service to the town, and that was just great and essential for our trip. Andrea would drive us or pick us up whenever, always within 5 minutes. The property was like a dream. We stayed 3 nights at "La Loggia", with the magical balcony towards the view of town. It was clean, no AC was needed in September but still very comfortable temperature. They had a vineyard at the property, which made the view even more magical. Andrea and all other staff was so friendly and helpful. They also helped to book restaurants and other transportation. They were simple the best people I've encountered during my 1w Italian trip. I would have stayed there for months if I had the opportunity, 3 nights was just not enough 😄

Posto bellissimo alle porte di Montepulciano. Struttura bellissima con annessa una piscina con veduta meravigliosamente. Titolare disponibilissimo e gentilissimo per tutte le info / consigli. Ristorante ottimo, sia per il mangiare che per il vino. Comodissimo il servizio navetta gratuito per il centro di Montepulciano. Consigliato a tutti!!!
