The two floor accommodation has all the amenities for a great stay, including a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the main street through central Orvieto (quiet street, no traffic allowed). Location is fabulous with easy access to all of Orvieto’s famous attractions. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"This property was as advertised. My only suggestions would be to actually meet us at the site and check us in versus walking over to the office, especially for first timers to Orvieto, who are not familiar with the streets and also to consider offering options we could hire to get a ride/taxi to the property. After arriving directly from the U.S., the walk was not 8 minutes. We had luggage and it was up hill almost the entire way and on cobblestone. That said, the unit worked well for us."

"Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist in der Küche alles verfügbar, was man benötigt. Sonnenschirm und Strandliegen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr ordentlich. Der See ist fussläufig zu erreichen, zum Einkaufen benötigt man ein Auto. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub am See zu empfehlen. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass es kein Wi-Fi gibt."

"We stayed for one week at I Gigli Del Belvedere with our family and friends for our destination wedding. From the beginning, Antonio and Sabrina were warm, welcoming, thoughtful and unbelievably helpful. They were prompt with replies and always able to accommodate requests. Upon our arrival at the Villa, they welcomed us with pizza and wine (after a tough day of travel this was much needed).
