"The address of the hotel was wrong on the Hotels.com web site. After an anxious hour or so our host was kind enough to come and get us, we were on foot walking the Via Francigena and the additional 4 miles back would have been a killer. Our host arranged for a cab the next morning so we were back on schedule. Worth the cab expense to keep on schedule. Wonderful evening meal and a great hotel. I would visit it again."

"What a great find! A beautifully renovated property in a charming area of Umbria. There were many types of rooms to choose from. Our room was spacious and modern yet comfortable. "I cant think of a more perfect place to stay. It is a beautiful property, with a long history, in one of the most beautiful regions of the world. We had one of the more "basic" rooms but it was still luxurious and comfortable. Amenities were great and the food/wine was amazing. We had some logistical problems with some of our travel plans and the staff was incredibly helpful. We are very grateful to Andrei, Kristian and Valeria especially. "
