"This is one of the most charming places I've stayed in Italy in all my years. The location is great, right at the north end of town, close to the river so you can hear the running rushing all night. We stayed in the Attic Suite, which is simply magical; spacious, well decorated, views, classy, comfortable, and well stocked. The owner speaks Italian, English, and Spanish very well. "A lovely stay in the heart of Verona. Clean, spacious rooms. Location was excellent. Anna was very helpful and kind. Certain adjustments could enhance the property (such as including small ramps to make baggage transport up the initial few stairs into the building and to the elevator a bit easier) but all in all we had a very nice time and would happily return."

"We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel in Lake Garda and it was everything we hoped for and more! From the communication before our stay to the cleanliness, facilities and overall experience, everything was fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful boutique feel, making it feel like a real treat, with stunning views that made our stay even more special. The location was perfect for us, around an 8 minute walk into the centre, where you’ll find plenty of lovely shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. One thing worth being aware of before booking is that there is a fairly steep incline and a number of steps to reach the main areas of the hotel, including the entrance, restaurant and bar, pool, hot tub and seating areas. There is a lift available, which is helpful, and it was absolutely fine for us, but it’s something to consider for older guests or anyone with mobility difficulties. The food and drinks were lovely, with generous portions, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming throughout. A lovely touch was the wide selection of complimentary snacks served with every drink, which made us feel really spoilt! Our room was cleaned daily, and the whole hotel was kept beautifully clean. Overall, this was a gorgeous hotel for a special getaway. Beautiful views, a lovely and romantic atmosphere, fantastic food and drink, and wonderful staff. We couldn’t have asked for more."
