Struttura in ottima posizione e personale molto gradevole simpatico e disponibile. Peccato per la poca cura dell'edificio: nella SPA ci sono delle piastrelline saltate e di conseguenza dei buchi nel pavimento. Muri scrostati e poltrone spelate; anche le ringhiere dei balconi sarebbero da ridipingere e nel giardino ci sono grandi macchie di ruggine e dei divani quasi sfondati così come le sdraio nella piscina termale. Le vasche ad idromassaggio della piscina termale non sono particolarmente pulite. sui bordi c'è l'alone nero che rimane quando una vasca non viene pulita. Peccato perché se fosse tenuto meglio potrebbe essere veramente eccezionale. La Hall molto bella e curata con poltrone e divani ricercati e comodi. Sulle camere nulla da dire. molto carine e curate. Materasso e cuscini molto comodi. La cena direi superlativa. veramente ottime portate e ottimi i vini proposti, con personale veramente cordiale e attento. La colazione sufficiente. Ho preso un caffé al ginseng e ho trovato in fondo alla tazza la polverina solubile con cui era stato fatto: da un albergo a 4 stelle mi aspetto abbiano una macchina per questo tipo di caffé con relative cialde. Il resto della colazione direi buono con un po' di tutto persino la centrifuga con verdure fresche e frutta di ogni genere.

ho pernottato in questo albergo x 2 notti e devo dire che mi sono sentito subito a mio agio come se fossi a casa di conoscenti. Eccezionale e degna di nota la colazione, invitanti torte fatte in casa da assaggiare tutte, uova, bacon, salumi, formaggi e tanta frutta fresca affettata e già pronta x essere consumata. Servizio impeccabile.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, l'albergo non rispecchia le 4 stelle assegnate, la struttura è datata, la pulizia pessima in quanto abbiamo aperto le lenzuola pulite ed abbiamo trovato dei capelli, il bagno pulito ma datato, il ristorante va bene per gli stranieri non per noi italiani. Devo dire che è molto furba la sua posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Montecatini ed è molto valido il centro benessere nel quale ci lavorano persone molto competenti.

Nice hotel, well located, friendly staff

Lovely stay in this hotel, nice pool and outdoor area. Sadly AC didn't work in our room, meaning it was very hot at night, and open windows lead to lots of mosquito bites, but otherwise a very nice time.

Gutes zentral liegendes Hotel

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Der Bahnhof und das Zentrum sind in wenigen minuten erreichbar. Preis/Leistung stimmen! Die Zimmer sind sauber und überdurchschnittlich gross. Das Frühstück ist gut, mit viel obst und sonstiges kommt jeder auf seine Kosten.
