"Check in is off site so be prepared to walk a little. They showed us to the apartment and showed us the amenities. It was plenty spacious for the two of us. It was nice to be able to have a refrigerator and stove. It's well within walking distance to the arena. When we checked out, they offered to call a taxi to the train station for us, saving us several Euros over an Uber. We strongly recommend this property."

"Located 20 minutes away from the Arena. In exchange you receive a comfortable hotel with parking facilities. In our case, in the evenings when we had dinner in town we requested a taxi (it always arrived within 5 minutes). Usually a 10 minute ride. After dinner we walked. In summary, if you have a car this is a perfect hotel."

"This was my second time to stay at this hotel. The location is great - it’s a few minutes walk from the arena. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is of good quality with lots of choices. However, the small single room I had on this visit was extremely expensive. While I understand that prices increase when the opera is on - €315.00 (inclusive of taxes and city taxes) is very high for such a tiny room. I didn’t even get a complementary bottle of water even though the weather was extremely hot. There was also a small issue as the soap dispenser in my room was broken - it was lying in the sink. It took two visits to the room to repair this while I waited in reception. I did appreciate being given a coffee while I waited. I will certainly look at other hotels on my next visit to Verona if the hotel is this expensive. I do plan to visit again as I thoroughly enjoyed the opera at such a historic venue."

"The location was perfect! There is a mall with a grocery store less than 5 minutes away, it’s only 1 mile from the Army base and many delicious places to eat within minutes of here. Piazza dei Signori is only 10 minutes away, Monte Berico Church and Stairways can be biked to easily. Breakfast every morning is delicious. Fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, meat, cheeses… the list goes on and the room is very nice. The pool is wonderful, the fitness room small but has everything you need. WiFi comes and goes at times but I would hope you’re not staying here to watch TV. I would happily stay here again!"
