"Saw the pictures online but still shocked to see it in person, that’s how I would imagine a prison cell should feel like. Reasonably clean but there’s a strong weird smell in the separate bathroom. Young guy at the reception was polite but when I came back from a morning walk to get my bag after I checked out, the old guy inside who doesn’t speak English was extremely rude and lack of basic human manners, refused to open the locked doors (they only open them after check-in hours) and signaled me to go away. Finally a lady came and talked to him in Italian and opened the door. A complete joke lol Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!"
