"We loved it! We stayed for a week, and the customer service was excellent; the staff always had a smile on their faces and helped us out by calling taxis and offering tips about the city. Our device chargers didn't work, so they lent us some adapters. The room cleaning service is minimal, but perfect! The bathrooms don't have much space to set out a lot of things (especially for women), but they are perfect for the essentials; plus, they have an excellent hairdryer, and the shower has great water pressure! Now the location...Mamma mia!!! is SPECTACULAR...you are right at the Dante plaza and walking distance to the key places! I would happily stay at that very same little place again! Thank you for making our Italy trip amazing!!!"
