"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bathroom was fine. The internet was very good and the restaurant food was very good but a bit loud as there was a tour group and a family with a dog that was barking (I am surprised that pets are aloud in restaurants). The welcome gift of wine was a nice touch for my status. Beautiful views and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy. The breakfast was okay, the eggs not very good. Despite the long trip up to the hotel it was well worth the effort. Would certainly return if in the area."

"The hotel and staff on a whole were very good. The breakfast was of a very high standard with plenty of choice. Our room was very small but had all we needed. You will have to drive to anything nearby and getting back in the car park can be very challenging as it is very tight and limited spaces. My only real complaint is that the walls are very thin and we had a german couple in the next room that liked to talk and 1am and then again at 6am on both nights we were there and it was like they were sitting in your room."

The only thing that I could be disappointed about was the shutters(in our room) unfortunately didn't close 100% therefore I was awake at 5.30am. the breakfast was a standard affair with everything you could want with a view."
