The pleasant demeanor and the high quality of service of all employees was very welcoming. The bartenders knowledge of the local wine/liquors and suggestions of what to drink was extensive. The chef and restaurant are 5 Star as well! The pool, spa and wellness was thoroughly enjoyed. The location is great, secluded enough, yet within a five minute drive to town and view of the lake was spectacular! We can not think of anything we did not like. At this price point this should be the case and they nailed it! Overall and excellent place to stay and we will back again soon!

Nice staff and friendly, good breakfast. Quiet and away from the „Gardarism“. Only 5min by car into Garda, walking is not a good idea…Quite new property, freshly build car garage. Breakfast and parking included. But Standard Room is a Bit small for the requested price. For Mobile Users Hotel WLAN is a must do. Mobile Network Performance in the area don‘t exist…. I thought that‘s forever gone but you know….

Wonderful hotel, the whole team were fantastic! It’s beautiful and quiet, Garda is a walk down the Hill (realistically 30/40 minutes) however the team were so helpful in arranging taxis should you want to explore if you don’t have a car (very easy parking!) loved every minute staying there!

We had such an amazing staying. The property is beautiful, clean, quiet and everyone who works there is nice and caring. We also had a meal at their restaurant, and it was one of the best meals we had in a while. We will definitely spread the word to our family/friends, and be back as soon as we can.

Hotel DeVille - highly recommended!

Excellent service and personnel from reception to restaurang and cleaning crew. Very clean design hotel with spa and parking included. Beautiful view over Lake Garda. The restaurang is top class, very service minded and knowledgable. Overall one of the best hotel experiences we ever have had. We will for sure be back and it is highly recommended!

Stylish new property, everything was very clean and well-maintained. Excellent air conditioning in that kept the room super cool in the very hot conditions. Very good restaurant so we decided to eat in for all three nights. Fantastic service and attention to detail from Omar, the sommelier. It was just what we needed to rest and relax. Good value.

This property was top to bottom amazing. The staff were beyond attentive and highly professional. The facility itself was top notch with beautiful design, features and amenities. Particularly of note was the restaurant which really did feature some of the finest food we ate during our whole trip. There was a broad enough menu that we never ran out of new options during the week and some favorites we enjoyed several times. If we return to Lake Garda, we would only consider staying at this hotel again.

Very beautiful hotel - good location

We spent 5 nights in hotel DeVille. The staff is absolutely exceptional. Congratulations! The hotel is nicely located overviewing the lake. Still the hotel is close to a road, but very little cars are passing there, and only at a low speed. The location is good to visit the East and South side of the lake. The hotel is new and well decorated and very clean. The SPA is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen in a hotel. Only downside to our stay, was the fact that the airco was not working (apparently switched on only from June), so we had nights at 28°C, which was not OK for a hotel at this price rate. Overall: highly recommendable.

Good hotel but rubbish spa

The staff was friendly. One of the waitresses from Brazil was indeed very helpful and nice. The hotel just renewed/built, I think someone mention a couple of years ago. But the spa that should be one of the main themes of the hotel is useless. The spa / pool / jacuzzi closes 7pm and opens in the afternoon. Bizzarre really. To the extent me and a family member were asked to leave the pool area when we were trying to enjoy the morning sun before breakfast. Not coming back.

Leistung zum Preis passt leider nicht

Ganz okay aber für mehr als 2 Nächte zu laut. Strasse sehr stark zu hören wie auch die Lüftungsanlage. Staubig und Bett wurde in 6 Tagen nie neu bezogen. Personal war sehr erkältet, was am Frühstück hustete und die Nase permanent hochzog. Für die Kategorie absolut inakzeptabel.

Vi har flere gange besøgt Deville og hvis lejligheden byder sig, vil vi bestemt gøre det igen. Det er gode og rene værelser. Betjeningen er venlig og imødekomme. Restauranten laver nogle fantastisk retter og baren servere kvalitets cocktails og drinks.
