The idyllic centre of Torri del Benaco—with its small harbour, many delicious restaurants and cafés, bike rentals (there’s a charging station for e-bikes in the underground car park), scooter rentals, and boat rentals—is about a 15-minute walk away. There’s also a bus stop nearby. The castle at the entrance to town and the small shopping streets in the village invite you to take a leisurely stroll.
“La Dolce Vita” is especially cherished here in Torri del Benaco.

It is about 5 kilometres to Garda and about 9 kilometres to Bardolino. Malcesine, located to the north, is about a 20-minute drive away.
This modern apartment features its own locked underground parking space (No. 9) and a garage space (with e-bike charging) for two bicycles, including a charging station for e-bikes.
The narrow, single-lane, slightly uphill access road is suitable only for passenger cars. The entrance to the car park is also designed for passenger cars only. Max. Entry height: 2.10 metres.
The luxury apartment 1.3 is located on the upper floor and is easily accessible via the lift in the underground car park.
The apartment is equipped with internet access and free Wi-Fi.
It features a new, high-quality kitchen-dining area, two bedrooms with double beds, and three air conditioning units, all offering a breathtaking view of the lake.
The bright, modern bathroom features a double sink, a spacious, wheelchair-accessible shower, and a floor-to-ceiling window. The covered balcony-terrace, furnished with patio furniture, is accessible from every room in the apartment via its own patio doors.

- Barbecuing on the balcony/terrace is prohibited.
- No smoking inside the apartment
- Do not hang or place towels or other items over the balcony railing

- Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Loud music is not permitted. Parties are also prohibited.

Torri del Benaco is about a 30-minute drive from Verona.
If coming via the A22, drive through the Brenner Pass towards Verona. Then take the exit at Affi. Lago di Garda Sud.
From there, it’s about a 20-minute drive to Torri del Benaco.

From Bergamo Airport, you can reach Torri del Benaco in about 75 minutes.
From Verona Airport, it’s about a 30-minute drive.

At both airports, you can rent a car for the duration of your stay.

- The city tax of 2.00 euros per person per day (children ages 0–14 are exempt) must be paid in cash on site.
- Our housekeeper will contact you via WhatsApp two days before your arrival.

- Dogs are welcome here (upon request).
