"This has been the best authentic and most beautiful stay my husband and I have experienced this summer in France. The description and photos lived fully up to the promises. "We didn't expect too much. We arrived decently late and tried to call multiple times to check how late we could check in, the first 2x the phone was not answered. We were asked if we want to see the restaurant menu but were not informed when it closes so by the time we went to the restaurant the kitchen had closed and no warm dishes were available. The room smelled a bit of cigarettes and had to be aired out. The layout was complicated with steps right after the door and a seperate toilet which...

"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

"le logement est propre et bien situĂ©. Mais que dire de notre arrivĂ©e...1h du matin porte fermĂ©e, pas de petit dej (qui Ă©tait censĂ© ĂȘtre dans le frigo)...nous sommes partis Ă  9h le matin et a notre retour le soir les produit frais Ă©tait sur la table, donc avec le chauffage plus utilisable le lendemain. Pourquoi ne pas le mettre au frigo? mystĂšre. Mauvaise organisation mais ça ne choque pas les propriĂ©taire qui sont a priori a l'Ă©tranger...bref dommage et pour 200€ la nuit inacceptable. "
