"The check in staff were amazing, but when we went to the restaurant it all went down hill 100mph, the staff ignored us especially the self proclaimed sommelier, he needs a rocket, even with eye contact he completely chose to not see.....the food wasnt any better, gluggy potatoes full of cheese, dry beoff..no water as asked for when we finally were asked until we asked again later, poured our own wine, and many tables were in the same predicament.. mattress was terrible, but the toom otherwise...

"This is an amazing find such lovely family owners took great care of us - the rooms perfect and clean. The home cooked food was amazing and service impeccable. Safe parking and so close to the Puy Mary volcano mountain area. Will stay again!"

"Cute but spacious cabins with views of the lake. Helpful and friendly staff. Limited restaurant menu as it was low season but excellent cooking and generous portions. Great breakfast buffet. "

"Idyllic setting with wonderful views down across the valley to Aurillac. Very welcoming and a most enjoyable stay. Our host provided us with a delicious cold platter, as she was not cooking the night of our stay. Lovely to sample the local meats and cheeses. Would definitely like to return and explore the area."

"La chambre était salle, la moquette plein de poussière et des taches de saleté, la salle de bain non chauffée, le sèche serviette ne marchait pas, pas d’eau chaude ou très peu et la chambre sentait la poussière. Pas de connexion wifi alors que sur l’annonce s’est bien indiqué qu’elle est disponible. Pas de personnels, on récupère la clé dans une boîte à l’entrée de la chambre. Tu reçois les instructions la veille du départ avec les informations et codes d’accès. Impossible d’annuler la...

"Insonorisation correcte, côté nord. Prix et gentillesse de l’équipe top. Parking bien, emplacement top. Restauration à proximité (crescendo copieux et pas cher) ou le kart (fin et local) à 2mn à pied. "

"Parking was full so had to leave on the road with lots of wedding bits inside. Hotel ok but tired. Room basic. No water or tea facility. Restaurant overpriced and under whelming. I had a local dish. Local Sausage and mash. Basic sausage and mash tasted like smash. Dried potatoes. Felt a bit money grabbing. "
