Book a Montacute Cottage

"As a couple, this place was the ideal size in an area we love to visit. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It has a nice view over the large garden, in which deer can sometimes be seen! The amenities of Lyme Regis are a short drive / half hour walk down the hill."

"Communication regarding check-in was good. Tom's barn was as beautiful as in the pictures. Lovely and spacious, very clean throughout. Milk, scones, homemade jam and cream on arrival, felt very spoilt. Outside seating area perfect for listening to the birds. Fixtures and fittings in the barn excellent quality. Thoroughly recommend for a Somerset adventure and trips to West Bay and Lyme Regis."

"Lovely accommodation with everything you could want. Very helpful owner. Will certainly stay again when we are in the area"

"had a great time at candy cottage, everything was done to help us whilst we were there, cosy little cottage great for one or two people, would happily stay there again, many thanks "

"Spacious, clean and tidy accommodation. Two large bedrooms both with en-suite. Parking and an outside courtyard with comfortable sitting."

"The owners are very kind and so thoughtful. They left home-made bread, and milk, eggs, butter, jam and cereal for us on arrival. They thought of EVERYTHING- there was a washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge and everything a home would need. We had such a restful three days and have returned home feeling calm and peaceful."

"Good value for money option"

"We stayed here for 3 nights, the property was spotlessly clean on arrival. Parking at the cottage was a blessing as the road outside was busy with residents cars. An ideal base to explore Dorset, and several pubs within easy walking distance. Would stay here again."

"Amazing Property but a tad difficult to find. Single track roads aren’t really my thing "

"Klein, aber fein, sehr ruhige Lage alles sehr sauber mit dem Hund ideal Zentral gelegen Umkreis von einer knappen Stunde kann man ne ganze Woche jeden Tag was anderes anschauen der Gastgeber sehr angenehm"

"The property was absolutely lovely. Perfect for what I was looking for. Close to the main town of Glastonbury as it took a short drive to get there. The accommodation was very clean. Towels and linen provided and kitchen equipment was very good. Bed was very comfy and I loved the lighting in there. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend and when I go back I would love to stay there again "
